Speed of Trust

Our now-fired DCO gave everyone a reading assignment about ten years ago. "The Speed of Trust" was to become the basis of our new culture. Half of my district either quit or was fired in the year that followed. As it turned out, no one could trust anyone. I still chuckle about it, although it was sad to see so many great reps get shoved out. Admittedly, my age was all that protected me.

Yep SoT was chucked to us all across Schmerck post merger. So we could all trust each other. Uh huh.
Lot of good people thrown out, forced out, or managed out over the years.
Kind of like casualties of war, you couldn't predict who would get hit, good or bad employee. We have survived and our pension build in the transition is nearly completed.
