'Speed of Trust' Test in ATL!

Heading to POA's this week to see what's in store for us over the next few months. Will we hear the same old bs about hitting goals, product leadership, TBO, happy times, candycanes, unicorns and no planned re-org or will we hear the truth...big changes coming and generics about to eat our lunch! The truth for once would be refreshing...but either way the upper management 'ass-kissing' and frat party mentality will be at an all time high...guaranteed! See ya'll in Hot-Lanta!

What does it say about your company culture when you have to complete training on "trust"...holy shit this place is a joke! Just waiting to bank my Myrbetriq bonus before this ship sinks.

ATL was a complete waste of time...same bs, no real info or direction just the same old sanitized nonsense. Why do we even have these useless meetings? We spend millions $$ just to hear senior management make dumb jokes on stage and try to convince us how great things are...they really think we are complete idiots. Wake-up ass holes, we have access to better info than you do in HQ and we know what's coming!

You know more than HQ? Really? How exactly is that possible?

So what happened to the speed of trust? Seems to be a distant memory after just one month!

Yeah what a fkng joke that was! How much money do you think Astellas pissed away on that whole scam? I left that POA meeting really shakin my head as to what the fuck happended to a once solid company and I returned home with a silly deck of cards whose only value is to fix an uneven table leg in a bar!! Maybe SABU will use speed of trust as the foundation to their project! Embrace it Chib its very ROBUST!!!

Yeah what a bunch of fluff and happy horse shit that was. Let's see it's been almost two months since that POA and not a peep about the whole speed of trust garbage. Maybe when Jim saw how ridiculous it was being force fed to hundreds of professional adults he even realized how sad it looked! Question is who was the braind child or children who rubber stamped the whole ordeal and wasted a boat load of $$$. We hear in the field all the damn time "accountability" well how about somebody in the golden fortress known as home office be held "accountable" for a change and get a "1" on their performance review for the competency of common sense!!!!

Would be nice to see and long overdue, but never happen. Senior Management is only focused on preserving status quo and lining their pockets with PIP payouts. That's why we have so many incompetent jerk-offs at the top! For example, we won't even come close to our Astagraf-XL target of $4m and whose accountable? Marketing? Sales Management? Anyone? Turn-over rate in my Area is close to 40% over the past year because of poor management and bulllying.. nobody cares in HQ!

When DB leaves the company it will mean we have turned the corner. Competent and caring people may have their opportunity.

For the love of Pete! The problem is SO much bigger than one person. Give it a rest.

The speed of trust had one purpose. An "expert" says trust makes us more productive and so if you don't trust us and we aren't productive it's all your fault. Never mind that APUS management was the bad example on nearly every card Covey handed out. Yeesh!

No rest for the wicked. You obviously have never worked for this true slime ball that is a major cause of the malaise in this company.

No I haven't. What I'm trying to get you to see is that these problems started long before he was in charge of everything. Most of the trouble traces directly to SS

SS hiring record says it all. Arrogant SD's that think only of themselves. Good companies start with people having real trust in management, not taking a course in trust! Pathetic.
