How are specialty roles at Quest? Neurology a good place to be? What's the comp plan look like?

Haven't hit plan in almost 5 years as a division, is getting taken to the house by every other competing lab out there, haven't filled a vacant position in 3-4 years, and are bleeding $$ by the hour. The short of it is that they have no money to pay bonus even IF reps & division were at plan.
