Specialty Rep What is the usual $$$ offer at Syneos

I am interviewing for a specialty position at Syneos next week and I am asked to fill in the salary desired. What is the customary $$ I can l write? I currently make above 100K and has good 15+ years in pharma experience. My company just downsized. Thanks for all the info to help me decide.

Wow! That is a huge cut! But I really appreciate the info.

Not necessarily. It all depends on the client company and what THEY will pay Syneos. My base as a specialty rep with Syneos, several years ago, was $95,000. Another I was going to interview for the base was over $100,000.

If your applying to the Idorsia contract the range is $80,000 to $90,000. $100,000 plus for base is rare for the majority of contracts with Syneos.

I would say $80 to $85. I have never heard of a Syneos contract with a $100K base.
