Forest doesn't have real specialty reps, just reps that call on high decile (regardless of specialty). If you go up from a territory sales rep position your base will be (approx.) a 10% increase of what you currently make. I don't know what you'll make from outside the company comming in because it rarely happens.

99% of forest reps make a base in the 50's so if you are "promoted" which we all know it is not a promotion to specialty at this company, then you are looking at something in the 60's. Forest has never had real specialty divisions it is a make shift glorified primary care role used as a carrot to dangle to all the used car salesmen and ivy tech enterprise reps that make up this sales force. one of the biggest joke companies in the biz.. you have been shot straight, now make a decent decision and man up and go try and get in with a real company.

Wrong. This only applies to new reps. I am one of hundreds of territory reps with a base over 100k. Top performers used to get ten to fifteen percent raises. If you know a Forest rep who has been here nine-twelve or so years, you know someone who is a territory/entry level rep making at LEAST 85 base even of they have never done well. If you know a forest rep who has been here more than ten years and has had some success, they are making over 100 base and have made forty to sixty thousand base more than once, has a killer 401k, and stock grants and options stockpiled. The reps and managers who were here for the stock splits paid cash for their houses.

Those days are over!!! If you were here 10 years ago you have an average 401k or 201J but have not made much at all off of stock options. I won PC twice, promoted to OBS, RST, DM, SDM and received plenty of options for both performance and promotion. However, most expired worthless. If you were here during the 90's and early 2001 then yes, you could buy a lot with options. Unfortunately, that will not happen again anytime soon here at Forest.
