Decision is based on your ranking for last 3 year and your selling ability based on manager feedback.
Promotion and bump in pay. Even if you didn't sell Trintillex you are still eligible, if you are the best in the area.

I have to laugh at the selection criteria. Doctors and patients don't give a rats ass if you win Cresset. The majority of the time it's all because of a formulary win that enables you to win these awards. Do some real selling!
