Wow- hope that goes over good.. No approved drug, no approved PI and somehow you are training your MD's in Santa Monica this weekend on a label that you don't know- CLASSY. Some of the FDA revisions are done- but you aren't supposed to train or talk about a drug that isn't FDA approved. Guess you'll figure that out soon enough. Watch your off label promotions- they will bite you later... It's easy to track when the dollars went out on which days and... ironically promotional dinners pre approval. Just saying not the best way to stay out of trouble its a risk small companies take and then later get slapped and FAIL.
