Was anyone else told today that if you are affected by this round of layoffs you'd be entitled to the 'change of control' package as opposed to the 'restructuring package'?
Was curious if anyone else was informed of the same thing. Why would they be proactive about saying that? ...although this seems much more like a restructuring
