Southern California - who should be next up?

SoCal region, there has been a lot of bickering about the DM's and RST's, so I have to ask: Who would you pick to take the next spot? Who would you honestly not bitch about???

Bad leadership by the regional director and management- he's not respected or liked. He believes in a my way or the highway policy and believes in the one size fits all fit mentality. He's demeaning and condescending. If he doesn't like you- you're most likely going to me managed out. All Of a sudden you are the only one (out of a team of 5 plus reps) with multiple field rides with him. On these field rides, you can't seem to do anything right. At this point, youre put on a plan. Some suffer and go on disability. Regional director gets his way- the rep is pushed out and the replaced with a new person. Just check out our meetings... At least 30% if not more are new hires. Why bother learning their names .., they'll most likely not be at the next meetin. Sad part is there are no consequences and management and the regional director gets away with this every single time. The same viscious cycle.

So true, and it's been going on for years now. Doesn't seem like HR cares that 25% of the reps in this region are on "stress leave" at any given time, or that the turnover rate is so high. There have been no consequences for management, and it does not seem like there will ever be. All we can hope for is that karma will one day come to bite CS in the butt.
