Anyone else noticing that there’s a lot of turnover lately down there? Seems like every RD is having to hire a rep ... (LA, TX, CO, CA, TN). I heard things hit a wall after Gary got promoted and the RDs are some of the worst, but aren’t they supposed to have great coverage and cushy gigs? Must be really bad if the reps are leaving a sure thing.

Everyone that I know of that’s left has left because of management and for a better paying position. It’s like this non disclosure of bonus payout days or amounts.... there’s just too much game playing and micromanaging and not enough money. Lots of grumbling down here.
