Yes...I did and would hope that everyone else did as well. If things are not good, they can't change if you're not honest.

You misunderstood my question. I would hope that everyone answered the survey questions honestly. Do you think Novartis reports the survey RESULTS honestly? I don't. Novartis tells employees and the stockholders what they want to hear, regardless of what the survey actually revealed.

Hate to burst anyone's bubble but having close knowledge of the survey process, they sugar coat the results and then do nothing about what they do know about. . .they should stop wasting the $100k+ they spend on the stupid survey and stop laying off people. . . .they really need to get a clue

Better so far this year than the last 2 put together! Hard to stomach Gerry M. & his " I used to be a professional baseball player" references all the time. Gary M seems to have a bettter influence on management team.

Let's face it the only ones left at Novartis are the snakes, they have eaten all the good people who had integrity and knew the business. Now your left with the people who would sell their own mothers to get ahead and survive. Nothing left in this organization but people you can't trust, don't respect and like to stick their incompetant heads up the asses of superiors.
There use to be integrity and respect here now you can't trust anyone, lots of backstabbing, lying, throwing people under the bus what a culture, know one left to trust. The end is near.
