To take the time to stop by even though she lived out of state is testament.
THIS is what makes the job worth while.
i have not one good thing to say about rotech,but theses two things you speak of never happened......if you want to bad mouth rotech i say have at it,they deserve everything you got.but dont scare people on oxygen that might be reading this.Personally, I'll never forget having to unplug a pt's conc who was on 6-8LPM cont because her doc screwed up paperwork. As i rolled it out, those people whom I had built a relationship with for years looked at me like i was a murderer and I felt like one too. Or threatening a bedridden man on the cusp of eviction with doing the same to him because his wife lost her job.

Oh paleeeez if you have not picked up a patients equipment because of bad/incomplete paperwork or because they fail to get a recert then you are NOT doing your job.
