From the email: General Med reduction of approximately 1960 positions. Approximately 1630 in primary care (~1550) and NeuroPsych (~80) field sales forces and 330 positions across headquarters support functions in EH. Approximately 125 medical; 125 positions in commercial support and 80 general admin.

Those affected will being being notified April 2, 2012
