Ok, since Primary Care will soon be downsizing, what are the rules if one should raise their hand?? Do they have to take all those who raise their hand, or is this another way management can deny your wishes??? Hurry up May 1st!!!! Ready and willing!!!
 








I raised my hand in IT in 2011 and was chosen. The first rule when you sign the 'pick me' request is that there is NO guarantee you will be chosen. Your willingness will only be one component used in determining who, if anyone from your area, is ultimately let go.

Pay attention to the first response, the caring nature of Mother is gone and she's going broke from dividend handouts. If you show interest you could be targeted for deletion without severance. - aka PIP'd.
