there is one winner and one loser.

The winner: whoever sold that POS expense report system. That SOB should be in every company's President's Club. He can sell water to a fish.

The loser: the poor bastard that bought it. I'd hang my head in shame, if I got suckered like that. They are the bottom tier and should be looking for a job somewhere. If word gets out, they'll never find another job, aside from collecting trash, because that's what they've done.

Whoever it is needs to be fired after being forced to do everyone's reports using only equipment provided by the client!!!!!!!!!! Maybe they will learn to do research and ask questions before making purchasing decisions!!!!!!!!

Someone at the top had a friend or his wife that was associated w/ this Gorilla system that's how this thing showed up here. It was a favor to someone I am convinced. Even when you call the help desk they laugh. Everything about it is an extra step or slower. AMEX charges that once dropped down in a day or two are now waiting 4/5 days and don't get us started on allocating HCPs.
