Some dm's will have 16-17 reps w/reorg!!

No more than 11 reps/dbm

If that's correct, it figures... nothing will change. 10-12 reps per DM is standard in the industry. Also, does that include CSO reps? They're probably not even going to be around come 3rd quarter, not to mention a lot of the admin stuff doesn't apply to them, so I don't get it... Where's the streamlined, more efficient business model we were hearing about?!

Tate will reduce his number of dbm's and each district will now have 16 representatives. They wiill be an even number so they can all partner up and dance, dance ,dance their way to a pinacle win!!!!!!

To have a DM in your car 2 days a month is just stupid. What a waste of potentially productive time for both the DM and the rep. Reps "save" doctors to call on when their DM is with them. These gracious docs are forever being inundated by DM's who want to waste their time in discussions on topics the doc never thought of - like QD compliance. Multiply this by all the DM's who come in because they are accessible and soon you have another office closed to everyone. Meanwhile, if your ride along gets canceled you have now missed calling on this doctor because you have been "saving" him/her. What a circle jerk. Having 20 reps would be more like it. DMs do the administration and let the reps get on with selling their pills.

Count yourself lucky if you have 11 reps in your district. We have SEVEN reps in my NSS dist. Two day DBM ride alongs are the norm, and at least once/month.

So right. Every three weeks two days together in the field. Doctors are starting to ask if we are in trouble. The managers are struggling to even come up with any advice and feedback. We're lucky we have a great DM, but there are plenty of horrible ones. I just hope they get rid of the bad ones.
