I think this is right up there with the Enron thing and proves that our politicians in the bogus 2 party system ate either in bed with lobbyists or have ther eyes wide shut. I've made this pretty clear.

The first thing you need to do is drop your rigid Libbie/Neocon categorization if you want to make any sensible headway in pushing either venue. Many have views that don't perfectly co-incide with either perfect party line.

A few conservative positions do not make one a conservative. You are basically a liberal. Period.

A short while ago, you were still longing for a good Democrat presidential nominee. No conservative would ever do that because they know that there is no such thing.

I've never purported to be a conservative because I don't buy anyone's total party line. I also don't buy the total classic liberal line. I'm a registered independent who's more of a centrist than anything else. We're the swing voters who (when it gets down to it) elect the presidents. When we get in the booth, if we haven't already made up our minds, and we associate the statements like you make every day with the word 'Republican', that can be enough to make some of us vote the other way. On the other hand, if we think of some of the rational arguments put forth by consrvatives who aren't knee-jerk, name calling people, then some of us may vote your way. Remember that. Just like the religious issue, as a purported evangelis, you turn more people off to than you turn on - not only to religion but to politics.

People with attitudes like yours contribute to eventual socialism in this country.

No, it's people with attitudes and what passes for "thinking" like you that contribute to eventual socialism in this country.

So, you're an independent, a centrist. In other words, you can't figure things out and basically have no core convictions.

There is no other rational choice other than Republican in presidential elections. It's a easy call that you unnecessarily and foolishly complicate.

They are beginning to see that the Obama culture of corruption is becoming so profoundly evident that it's going to be near impossible to cover up from here on out and with the election coming next year, they can see disaster.

Solyndra and Fast and Furious are going to take major tolls on McCarbama come next year.

McCarbama? My new pet name for Obama indicating that he will probably lose somewhere between 43 states like Carter did and 49 states like McGovern did!

If we followed YOUR thinking there would be 46 million more people (the estimated number of abortions since Roe vs Wade) in this country - most of whom would have little education and a dysfunctional upbringing.
