Well the cat is out of the bag. About 40% of the salesforce will make pennies on the target for Q3. Can't envision more that 10% to make anything for Q4 even with the new goal. This is really a shame considering most reps were under the impression this was a $30k target job and there isn't much left to control when the forecast are on steroids. Company has to be in trouble.
