Salix is a POS company.

Salix has some of the best reputation in the GI industry and they pay there reps big $. This is a great opportunity for us to make more money especially on our base.

I can't even believe what I just read! This is either serious sarcasm or you're blowin' smoke. If you know anything about Salix, you know that they have a lousy reputation and do not treat their people well. Any former Santarus people going to work for Salix will feel the sting!

The previous poster is obviously a disgruntled current or ex-Salix rep. All I can say is what my GI's tell me. Salix is the leader in their space and they like how the company treats them. I'll go in with an open mind.

Not currently associated with Salix and never have been. However, I have known reps who worked for Salix. Go in with an open mind, sure, but be prepared for a very different company culture than what you have become accustomed to.
