I so vividly remember DW standing in front of the room and telling us how he came out of retirement for this special opportunity to do something that has never been done before. He had seven-figures of personal investment in "this thing" he felt so strongly about it.

The healthcare industry was clamoring for a national provider that provided that personal level of customer service - and Newco (at that time) was going to change the lab industry. Quest and Labcorp had lost their personal touch and DW was bringing it back to the masses.

Funny how many of you suckers fell lockstep in behind him with that silly b.s.

Now it's time to drink the green Kool-Aid and acclaim how proud you are to be a part of the great new organization that leads the world in lab services, or some kind of stupid b.s. like that. Gutless punks...

I too remember DW standing up at the National sales meeting and saying that he did not have to do this because he had made his money by very fortunate ventures. (Selling Speciality Labs to Quest)...He was doing this to change the lab industry and really focus on patient care...yada, yada, yada......He is full of shit and sailing off into the sunset with his millions! He is the one that has to live with himself! You will all survive and do well with Quest if you decide to stay. Best of luck! The big boys of Quest and LabCorp will survive, so its best to drink the kool-aid whether it is Green or Blue until you have a "plan B."
