Not OP, but going through same dilemma. Seems to me that if you guys come out early to Gilead's 2nd gen you may be "ok" for a few months, but - frankly, I'm concerned that you all over-hired (220 according to AD) , no real commitment in pay and benefits, a mediocre drug at best, and the biggest one of all - A layoff in about 1 and half years out. (but I do need a job now)
