It is clear that her skill set was not being utilized to its fullest potential here. Despite the numerous successes and innovative approaches, as well as strategic leadership direction, it became an unfair advantage for only one company to benefit. In the interest of the industry it was chosen that her talents be exposed to other needy and suitable organizations that stand to benefit greatly.
