I hate to state it but you have a loser's attitude.
Perhaps, or more likely, I speak the truth and the facts support the statement. Hard working representatives never had a shot, you used the points as a carrot... but when realizing this carrot was unattainable due to misguided forecasts, there was an opportunity to adjust, but that decision was neglected. We the people, understand an occasional miss on forecasting, but hard to reason with turning your back on your hardworking customer facing people. There was an opportunity to make things right, but you chose no action. We showed GRIT, unfortunately you did not.
