For some odd reason AIT is into some kinky stuff, because they keep buying into his excuses and then more clients leave. The volume is probably close to a 70% loss under his watch.
 






What are the main issues at AIT? Why the drop in volume?

Honestly, SL firing employees, micro management, lies, cutting base pay... A sales representative is who holds the relationships with the clients. Firing reps for no reason = losing clients. Firing great reps who have large clients = losing large clients. Which adds up to 70% decrease in volume over last year. Not rocket science!!!!
