How would Smerck even launch this? Some cities only have 2 reps left. Can you imagine the launch meeting, two folding tables with a handful of 50 year old reps around it thinking about the 30 days they have off. This drug is DOA.

LOL! I love the visual... always assumed the only way to sell a me too SGLT2 was to push the combo with a lift from bundled contracting, eg bring along the FDC at same general net price as Januvia or JANUMET. But with the current strafe to the bottom of the canyon in contracting, this strategy is probably not an option anymore.
