I honestly believe that 2025 will come after 2024. Beyond that im not sure but can guess it may be 2026.
The meeting was ok. New managers, new teams, people arguing over what their “title” is! Who cares what team you are on and whether you are an ocular specialty rep or dry eye specialist. Get out and do your job, the morale was blah. I’m just glad to be home.
I would have liked to have had a Q&A during the doctor panel and a lot more discussion on access. Those were two huge missed opportunities. I don’t feel like I really learned anything that I didn’t know before the meeting. Very glad to be home.
I prefer the Miami meeting 2 years ago. At least there were hookers in the hotel lobby.

This is not working, it's begging the staff, techs, doctors to take the time to do all that involved from blink to the entire PA process to deliver us a prescription. Problem is these offices aren't on the bausch payroll to take time for our needs. Im getting tired of begging and not selling the features and benefits.
