Quit 5 months ago and went to a non competing pharma company. Just finished yearly trainings and certifications (cyber security, AE reporting...) and it was so refreshing not to have to do the crazy DEI stuff like I had to do at Alkermes. Culture here us so much better. I just became numb to the ALKS woke culture and how demotivating and almost toxic it was.
 




That's why companies like Ford, Harley and other companies are ripping all DEI initiates out by the root. They only started them because they were shaken down by the woke left extremists. With the recent supreme court case ruling against affirmative action in college admissions, smart companies are worried about legal liability that DEI creates. If you were made uncomfortable by the DEI initiated and training you had to complete here, there are attorneys very happy to represent you.
 




Oct 31st is officially Pumpkin Pounder Day (formerly known as Ginger) redheads are going extinct so please do your area a favor, if you got a Ginger it probably has not gotten pounded in a millennium so please pound that shit and help bring more Pumpkins back! Take it for the team!

The question no white person wants nor seems to be able to answer: How have you (white folks) been harmed by DEI? When you're accustomed to privilege equality looks/feels like oppression!
 




As a white person, and generally the smarter of the races except for maybe the Chinese because those mother fuckers are smart. DEI is dumbing down America by lowering the bar so the minority black and brown can get a leg in the door. Seriously wolves eat the weak so maybe you all should start eliminating more of your dumb ones and bring your bar up rather than us white folk have to bring the bar down to you. So ya I said if DEI is not about equality it’s about lowering the standards so the dumb can excel.
