So Much for the Credo Survey

A manager in Derm gets a bad rating in the Credo Survey, instead of the company addressing his behavior, he gets a promotion. A skilled, professional rep in his geography in the prior alignment is put on a plan for numbers that are not accurate. Now, she resigns, is there something wrong here?

It's not just there. Older reps across the company are being targeted and harassed no matter what their numbers. Just call any rep over fifty and ask them. Meanwhile, the chosen get to do whatever they please with no repercussions.

Just be glad you're not married to some nutty derm rep.

Unfortunately we don't feel comfortable calling HR at this company because we worry it would backfire. It takes guts for a person to fill out the Credo survey, but then find out that the results are not taken seriously. Blaming the bad leadership results on upper management is wrong. Reps that give bad marks on these surveys are referring to their immediate supervisor in most cases. They make or break you. Good managers coach, bad managers point the finger and blame.
