I just heard that Mike Koelhoffer was fired yesterday and the only words that I have to sum up my feelings about this are....what goes around comes around! Never in my life have I ever met an individual who can put people down and treat them like pieces of crap like he has done during his time at Warner Chilcott. I am not sure exactly where he learned how to manage people, but yelling at them and calling them stupid is not the way to motivate people. I wish I could say that I was sad to see him leave, but when I think about all the people whose lives he made miserable and who he single-handedly fired, my sympathy diminishes. So long Mike Koelhoffer and may you get a good taste of what you have done to so many other people, only this time I pray that you get screwed out of a severance package and walk away empty handed.

I liked Mike too. He never belittled me, yelled at me or called me any names. He challenged me and made me a better rep. I thought he was cool and very smart. It's sad that he's gone. It's sad most of us will be gone after tomorrow. He doesn't deserve to walk away with nothing. For Pete's sake, he has children and it's almost Christmas. If his benefits are cut, his entire family's are cut, not just his. Sometimes I like to think before I speak. That is all.
 


















Poor Ted- he never should have come over to WC- he had never worked a job in his entire
Life where he worked on commission or bonus. He stuck out like a sore thumb at meetings and just tried too hard. He just wasn't a fit.
