So is Otsuka only hiring unemployed people??

I interviewed last week and everything sounds great, except the lack of FDA approval. I currently have a job so how can I quit without FDA approval?? Is anyone quiting their current job to go to Otsuka or is it just unemployed reps?

They must be pretty confident to have reps starting before approval...abilify is a well tolerated, efficacious drug...approval is all but guaranteed.

I interviewed yesterday in Dallas....of the 30 or so people I met not one was unemployed...I was told they were only interviewing employed people

Are you high? What forward thinking logical rep would quit there job to come to Otsuka? You are delirious. The only people coming here are the one's who were washed out from their previous company or are so desperate they have no choice.

They might quit "their" job if they're stuck working with someone as small minded as you.
