Starting with the VP of Managed Markets. The guy is in so far over his head, a Director at Pfizer does not equal a VP with a start up.

You can always tell the incompetent ones when they hire only their cronies from a previous life. Jeff is the opposite of what a great manager should strive for, instead of surrounding himself with people that know as much or more about Managed Markets he opted for the guys that are still in training to assure he knows more than they do.
