This is a prime example of the real culture at Indivior. People within the same organization insulating each other. I get that you’re not in the same business unit, but there’s no need to poke fun or instigate an argument...because if you were sitting across from them you’d likely put your tail in between your legs and stay quiet. Who gives a flying crap how much you make or what you “sell”! If you have to act like an elitist asshole it won’t be very long before karma comes back to bite you in the ugly ass. Sooooo glad I no longer work amongst a group of such immature and miserable people.

I don't feel we (Perseris reps) are above anyone. But I can't control that your sales force constantly reminds the company about some kind of salary slight that you just can't live with for some reason. We have nothing to do with what we are paid. Also we have nothing to do with what YOU are paid.

Why can't you just be happy for us and do YOUR job? Have you produced the Sublodud scripts to warrant a raise? C'mon.

I was let go some time back. My sympathy for the patient vanished the day I wasn't deemed valuable enough to hold onto. I now call them "addicts" again, and feel like they just make poor choices. I don't bother educating those who feel the same way. F Indivior.
