Enthusiasm and drive to achieve is a new one. Very subjective. If CTL likes you it is not an issue. If your CTL hates you I bet they will say you are not trying very hard. Another tool to keep reps off balance.
 




Just a rep here so just guessing. After you factor in safe percentages of age, race, and gender for them to keep, those retained will most likely be comprised of lowest salaries paired with most "email sends" to HCPs and DMCM utilization YTD since they keep emphasizing"digital". Even though they weren't digital enough to update a software patch that could have prevented the entire ransomware debacle. SMH
