I'm so grateful for this site! I was going through the process for a So. Cal hospital spot and all of the negativity about the hospital division had me question this company. I ended up talking to a bunch of reps and decided not to move forward with Forest. A friend of mine was also interviewing in the south and he dropped out too. Clearly the hospital division here is managed so poorly and even clearer is that upper management has no idea what they are doing. I'm lucky to have landed another position. I will say this---the word on the street is out about Forest hospital sales. I'm sure finding good people is going to be hard as your reputation is really, really bad.

Oh come on - you know it's true. Good for this person finding out the truth ahead of time. Saves them tremendously on finding out the truth without having to experience it themselves. Only wish I had checked around with more people before taking this role. Found out from X Forest Rep's after the fact what a horror story it was for them and is for many. These were excellent Rep's!
 






While I do believe that this site has generally been a forum for the poor performers, you also can't discredit the MANY postings from reps across the country over their dissatisfaction with the company. Where there's smoke, there's fire. The Hospital division has great reps, but with poor leadership. They are under a great deal of pressure. Best of luck.
 






I know the hospital rep that just quit (February) in Souther California and she was doing extremely well. She was NOT a poor performer and she left just before a few other quality (up for President's Club) hospital reps quit! It's the culture and leadership. You are right......there are a ton of terrific hospital reps! Forest has a terrible reputation in the industry! The Western Division has had over 50% turnover since the drug was launched and you keep seeing posts that these reps just couldn't cut it! Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That just isn't true! Don't work at Forest! There are better jobs out there in this industry!
 












BK is a great guy. He knows his stuff, more so than any other DM in this region. He also has the top performing district in the West. So everyone STFU. I wish I could hang with him and be his BFF.

BK would never entertain this site. BK is too busy managing his reps and reading their business plans. When he does have a free minute he's probably reading the new CID that came out, perfecting his ID knowledge. Once he's done with that, he'll probably go on Amazon looking for bowties, silver suitcases, winter scarves, and pea coats....while smoking a pipe of course.
 






He is like GN.Trolls these sights like a hawk and congratulates himself. pretty sad if I might say so. Drinks the "President's Club" kool-aid. No safer from layoff than any of us.
