So they never answered. If we are let go are we still eligible for the kicker?

1. It's Sept- Dec...when we're all working, with little to no resources to "grow business" ( can i please roll my eyes) We'd be let go January 1... so yeah... they need to pay up! We fulfilled our end of the agreement.
2. It wasn't our decision... they need to PAY UP!!

Legally, I think they have to payout earned commissions.
