leadership here is a bunch of scumbags. There hasn’t yet been made a rug big enough to sweep all of their lowlife bullshit under. This culture here is gross from the top down.

I’ve been interviewing for an open position... my experience thus far has been interesting to say the least. Making me second guess this company.....

Less than a year with Galderma. I don't get it, they go out of there way to hire experienced people then treat them like they never did the job before. I cannot imagine being here long term.

Galderma is a venomous snake pit. The leadership is incompetent to the core and with fantastically wrong values and behaviors. No one in their right mind would want to be in such a toxic place.

Pathetic!! I was hoping I could stay at Galderma for a long time but it was made very clear today that we are being lead by people who are very delusional, clueless and just plain dumb. Working on my resume tonight and can’t wait to leave this sinking ship.

I have never witnessed a more F'up company as well. I have only been here a short time and it's going to be over after I receive my bonus in March. Less than a year is all I have put in and it's been an experience that I cannot wait to forget.

Have you ever heard of a "good ole boys club"??? This is what you currently have at Galderma. Until that changes, it will never be a great place to work. This is a dramatic change from years back, and a consequence of EQT hiring Thomas & Fleming. They only care about lining their own pockets.

the problem is the Boy’s Network. They are recycled from company to company.
