Wondering what the base + bonus range is for a SME and a KAE? If SME is expected $5K in monthly revenue, and KAE is expected $3K in revenue, what % of that translates to bonus?

It's based on a 6 month average and it's 8k of new business for an SME, not 5k. You would need 8k or more monthly in your 6 month rolling average/bucket, which is 48k. You could bring 40k one month and have a couple bad months and you would recieve exactly ZERO payout on that because your 6 month average is below 48k. When you do get to the minimum payout, you could expect to receive a whopping 2k out of all that work. Plus if there are write offs that negatively affects your number average as well. You get paid on your whole territory as well, but that is a whole different story. Don't waste your time, this place is amateur hour. I am leaving very shortly, this comp plan blows. Find a real medical company to sell for, this place is a wanna be medical sales company. Doesn't come close to med device, pharma, or disposables in pay, knowledgeable staff support, or professionalism. Sales managers have no direct say on comp plan, it is decided by some cubicle nerd with a finance or accounting degree at home office who has never worked in sales or has ever seen the field.
