3 suggestions for you; leave the company, do a good job and get promoted to earn better benefits, or quit complaining. you're a baby, grow up now. really, a van? coach travel?
 






typical of lower level responses. they want to 'take' from others. everything has to be equal, everything has to be fair. not how the world or corporate america work. who cares what apple and google do? what in the world do they have to do with amgen? why don't you focus on something real? my guess is regardless of your level you earn more than most americans do, so what's fair about that? why don't you give up half your salary? donate it, refuse it whatever. certain you take your pay raise, bonus and stock and complain you didn't get enough. guaranteed.

It's as carzy as paying IBU sales reps $120-130,000 to work 20 hours a week and not auditing their expenses.

i'm fit as can be. i save so much time with car services and upgraded travel that i can eat healthy and spend tons of time working out. not to mention all of the other benefits that come with executive positions....let's face it, if you don't have your health what do you have? buck up folks, word hard, show some value and the company will recognize you too.

Do you earn more than people below you? more than an AC? more than those that take care of the property or work in the labs, food areas? is that ok? by your logic everything should be the same for everyone, that would be terrible. takes away awards for those who work hard and remove incentives to work harder. let's just say moving forward everyone gets a 2 percent raise and a 10 percent raise, you think that helps productivity and incents behavior? grow up. you want people above you to have less but are ok with having more than those below you, you're simply a hypocrite.

if everything is equal that's where you end up. if people abuse the benefits that's terrible but you don't throw out an entire benefit design because one or two people do the wrong thing.

These are great ideas that we should implement. Nevermind the greedy 1% EDs who want to keep their perks. It should be noted that Pauls travel is cheaper than his off the cuff remark committing us to a 5 million patient study for dmab. What a r*****

first, your numbers are wrong. you're making them up and it is certainly not data travel would share with you, and they are not Amgen staff. if you lie about one thing, then why should anyone trust you about anything? and let's understand this, if someone accepts a benefit they are greedy? are you giving up your 401K? your bonus? raise? sure you're not but that's OK?
