Agreed!!! The WH RD’s were reps who had okay #’s, kissed assed to the right people, and don’t know how to manage a team to save their life. Don’t expect a lot of help from them the only thing their good at is lining their own pockets, rewarding friends, and covering their asses.
 



Not all of them are bad. But, the bad ones really bring down the company. Incompetent arrogant bros.. and catty, gossipy females on a power trip who reward the reps who lick their buttholes.

This is SO true. The device company I worked at prior enforced strict dress code, no perfume odor in clinical settings (let alone Marlboro stink).. RD’s roll in like they just left the bar. Vulgar language. I think Natera forgot who we are servicing when placing management. Few actually earned this position they were handed it by a friend.
 



Well when the SVP is Mr. Enterprise rent-a-car what do y’all expect in anyone beneath him? Honest question. Creepy and shady don’t even begin to describe what a toxic company it is
