ring the bell - why is this company allowing reps to recieve bonus on hospitals that they say cant be tracked for off or on lable use when in fact they know exactly that = ring the bell for fraud........................

So, the company or the leader let's say, puts all these reps on PIPs, after they get like 20 plus accounts on board, then fires them on rampid rates because of whatever reason, then hires new reps to fill these fired spots which sets the company back like 6 months, then these new reps get all the refills rx's from the old reps who got the business in the first place, and these new reps supposedly look like shining stars because they got 1 or maybe 2 accounts on board and all refill business. And then they cycle goes again. Sounds like a real winner of a company. I think I just made a huge mistake coming here!

Yes Gordon and Ipsen, it is the reps fault....of course......all of them.....who else could it be??

It is so amazing that Ipsen just seems to have the worst sales people in the entire nation.....man that is crazy how they all were here
