Your second phrase gives you your answer. If you are unemployed and your family is depending on you, obviously take the job. No need to ask for advice on here for something that obvious. If you are smart, use the job to transition into a better job within 6-12 months of accepting the Jazz job. Would not stay at Jazz long term.
