"Biomet management has taken the wrong direction since the buyout. It was a great company in which many past employees rallied behind. That pride left years ago when they started implementing unethical tactics to downsize departments based on reports, starting with pay, age and butt size. Yes, they did get away with these protected EEOC classes because of lies and money that most could not continue to fight. Karma....yes. Oh and the many unproductive, time killing, glory tooting, sadists better beware. Some of you good ole boys better be afraid, very afraid."

This earlier post is so true. Any recent experiences you can share? If a company has a good product and competent leadership HR would not need to lie and cover up. Dirty filthy HR. Agreed. Small minded "Senior Managers" with no people skills dumping on subordinates while turning a blind eye to yammering idiots spewing nonsense , killing time and disrupting co-workers. Then punishing those who speak up and threaten termination . An ineffective HR department that scowls at employees. Guess what those very same people lost their protection and are on the way out.
 






They for sure hire based on what you look like. Like many corporations they want their sales staff to be young, firm and good looking. The Biomet rep where I am is super hot but clearly not the best or brightest they could have hired
