Overall good!! Senior leader seems micro, my manger good, clear direction, no BS, customers are priority. Some new hires/new to onc way out of there league. Scary

no onc experience? 1 of the 2 products is almost entirely used in dermatology and not oncology. and yervoy? give me a break - the anti-pd drugs are the threat in melanoma. But you're right, with little onc experience, these reps have a lot to learn when it comes to bitching about 'limited customer access' before they're viewed as real onc reps.

This franchise is a joke! Its common knowledge that new onc drugs achieve their peak market share their first year on the market. Historical analogs are proof of this. Raymond screwed up the launch of Eriv and competition has killed Zelbo. Its a lost cause and its nothing more than a dumping ground of talent that can't cut it in any other successful brand at GNE. Good luck chumps!
