GE was a big pioneer in sick sigma they are going bankrupt soon.

Six Sigma is a useful tool but is not going to save anything, didn't "save" Lilly.. The tool is often over applied to areas where it is not effective and unfortunately the program often attracts people with book knowledge but no practical skills or effectiveness to become "sig sigma black belts" . The OP is a perfect example, trying to imply a skill they have is somehow a company saviour.

When they began instituting the Sicks Sigma crap a few years ago I got to spend several days to label drawer fronts about what was in each drawer. Can't believe I was making 6 figures to spend my time do that wasting bs. Then there people putting red tape on the floors at fire extinguisher locations. Money well spent!!

It sounds like political correctness gone wild.......When no one has any idea of what they are doing they create an exercise in fantasy. Viola----sick sigma.
