Those variables don’t matter. It’s all relative how they distribute quotas. They are threading the needle to where they are profiting from growth while simultaneously not paying out reps by reducing commissions and making it harder to hit quota. It’s actually amazing how blatant it is too. The CEO sent an email saying how they are overachieving from a financial standpoint but when we look at numbers across the country reps are underperforming. They not even good at hiding what’s happening. Sets up for a horrible culture.Ugh that doesn’t sound good . Is anybody making quota ? Big cities / wealthy areas ?
