Believe me six figure reps are on the radar screen big time, if you are an exec rep you are toast . Lilly's looking to cut expenses dramatically and you are really no better than any other rep but you kissed up to your manager or you got a great territory ...face it.
 




Our local exec rep just did a no show to an office lunch and is now banned. Nice. High quality customer service, leadership behaviour right there. She's a real arrogant snot too. Perfect example. She does nothing different or in any way better than anyone else. Just was really good at making crap up on her epm.

Wow. No offense- but must of us are Ex Reps or higher since the re org... Let's crucify her for missing the lunch.... I'm sure the office missed the one of 20 free lunches for the month... Please.. You sound like a fool... If you honestly think you provide any value the way Lilly has moved in the last few years you are so delusional- you're the best and very narcissistic.... Nothing more than a sample deliverer and caterer.
 




I'm out of Pharma cause it sucks but Seriously what extra benefit do exec reps offer for their high salary, I've seen senior reps out sell exec reps repeatedly. Exec reps do nothing more than the other reps.
