Does anyone know if this company is going to hire a sales force for their new steroid?? Are they co-marketing with an existing company?? What's the deal?? Sounds like a good new drug, but curious if they are going to hire their own sales force . . .

Anyone know how the deal will work? I am speaking to them friday and I know novaquest does it differently each time - this sounds like a good option for them though and since drug has approval i assume it will move sooner than later. Been in oncology but was Ophth earlier in career and love the call point.
 




the phone screen is with a "human resources" expert...they ask you 6 pre-determined questions about how you would handle certain situations that you may encounter as a rep in the job. They review your responses and if they are satisfactory they will pass your info on to the hiring DM. From there it is the standard interview process.
