Politics this last year has affected people in different ways. But, your work should never become political. And big companies should never bring politics to the work force, why would they want to make their employees uncomfortable? Some people do not agree with your town hall calls on being woke? everyone feels different about many things that are going on in this world, let people HEAL
Here is a public format and a cry to reach out to those who have not listened- people are uncomfortable
AND RD's need to stop discussing politics on their weekly or bi weekly calls with their teams
STOP THE POLITICS NOW , - Natera should stay out of politics and concentrate on what they do best - create great tests
People at Natera get along and if they don't that's why there is an HR department

Natera and higher up needs to realize they are offending people
the 17% increase is going to get people to leave but now involving politics is a joke

Politics? You mean not being racist? Or trying to get the company to look more like America? I get confused by your subtle racism as you point to “woke” culture. You mean showing the people you work with and for will not stand by and do nothing when unarmed people are killed in the streets? Lol. Take your racist ass over to Progenity or Myriad. You will fit right in. Maybe prey on the poor at Unity.
