We are well aware of how many days each person is spending on site…little surprise coming for many on performance reviews…

All companies are mandating this return to work thing. I do miss working from home! I felt a sneeze the other day from another co worker and the cafeteria is crowded with tons of people.

They aren’t though. Maybe some, but I left Merck earlier this year and got a great job at another pharma. They have a policy that certain areas try and come in on the same given day of the week, but it’s really purposefully driven (e.g., crossfunctional meeting, celebrations, team staff meetings) and not required. I forgot how much I missed this flexibility!

I think it’s wonderful that we still have an option to work from home a couple of days a week. OK, yeah back to the office a couple days a week as well geez did we really think this was gonna last forever if you did, you had your head up your dark spot.
