I know it sucks here now as an OSR. No good bonuses, no contests, no way to make more money. Big issues with managed care, management, performance recognition and plain feeling left out.
Since no one wants to support us from up above let's start posting opportunities here outside the company. Face it more companies are hiring and really good jobs are out there. If you know of any outside your area post it here to help others out of this hell.
